This week saw Pontefract Academies Trust host a series of engaging Open Events for families considering the next stage in their child’s education.
These open events were aimed at pupils who will join a primary school Reception class for the next academic year. Those who attended were able to hear from the school’s Headteacher, speak with our wonderful staff and take a tour of the school building including outdoor learning and play spaces.
During these events we were able to introduce families to our Trust-wide curriculum, and share with them the huge benefits associated with the collaboration and unity across the Trust.
We would like to thank all the families who took time out of their busy schedules to attend these events. We are looking forward to welcoming new, and current, families to our school communities in September 2024. We also feel it is important to thank the staff and pupils who represented our Trust so well.
